The brain is a body part and any training that does include mental skills is missing a piece of the puzzle and can cause all the other great elements to come undone. Training our minds, paying attention to how we feel and taking care of our well being is just as important as workouts or nutrition. Not to mention that being able to turn inward and dig deep gives a competitive edge in sports. Our minds have limitless potential when we train them.

Local programming has included Premier Athletic Therapy, Hockey NL, Avalon Karate Club, Mount Pearl Marlins swim team as well as the provincial NLVA volleyball teams, Canada Games and NL Growlers. Popular topics include: goal setting, visualization, mental toughness, and positive self-talk.
